What type of payment methods do you accept?
We make it easy! We accept credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), Gift Cards, and Store Credits. For those who have outstanding BDB issued Gift Certificates, click here. -
How do I use my Gift Card?
We have increased security for our gift cards and going forward, our gift cards will be 19 digits long and include a 4 digit pin.
If you do have a gift card with a pin, just type it in during the checkout process under the Gift Card section. Click here to order one and get more info.
For our members who do not have a pin, please contact Customer Service and they'll fix that for you in a flash. -
How do I use my Store Credit?
You'll know if you have a store credit by checking out your personal Account page. We also show you on the upper right hand corner of each page under My Credit. When you place an order, any outstanding Store Credits are automatically applied to your order – you don't have to do a thing! -
When will my credit card be charged?
When your order has been shipped from our warehouse, at which time we'll send you an email. -
How do I change or cancel an order?
Orders cannot be canceled one they are placed. Please contact our Customer Service team ASAP if you have a very, very good reason! We'll try our very best to help you out, but because our fulfillment system is designed to get you your goods as quickly as possible, we can't cancel or change an order once it's entered the shipping process. -
Are purchases really tax free?
Almost. Billion Dollar Babes is only required to charge sales tax shipped to states where it has a physical presence, which right now is limited to California, Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, New Jersey, New York, and Virginia. In other words, we only charge sales tax on items being shipped to addresses in these states. The charge to you is based on the current sales tax for the state to which the order is being shipped. -

What are your shipping fees?
Domestic shipping is FREE* with orders of $150+ (with the exception of certain home or furniture sales which you'll see the additional charge of per item)! Nice, huh?
Under $50 - $5.95
$50-$150 - $7.95
$150+ - Free
*Unfortunately, we do not currently offer free shipping to Hawaii & Alaska. Orders of $150+ are subject to a $7.95 shipping fee.

Does Billion Dollar Babes ship internationally?
We certainly do. Why should American girls have all the fun? But keep in mind that taxes and duties do apply, and it's not unusual, in certain countries, for these taxes and duties to be more than the price of the items purchased. In the European Union, these fees can be 30% or more of the total declared value of your order. Billion Dollar Babes does not calculate nor charge the duties and taxes at the time of purchase; those taxes and duties will be levied by the appropriate government agency once the package arrives in your country. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. If an order is placed on billiondollarbabes.com and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. billiondollarbabes.com has made every effort to minimize our international shipping charges. We only charge our cost for these services. We do not make any profit on our shipping services to international customers. Also, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.
International orders are usually delivered within 21 days. We ship to the following countries and our base shopping rates are listed below. How long will it take for me to get my Billion Dollar Babes order?
US orders usually take about two weeks to be delivered; international orders closer to 21 days. Here's why: once a sale's over, we send the designer/brand our final order sheet outlining all the fabulous things our members purchased. The brand then has three to five days to send everything to our warehouse, where our team sorts, picks, packs and ships them off to you within two days. Ground shipping adds another two to four days to the equation…so taking weekends into account, you're looking at about two weeks days from the moment you click "buy" to the moment it's on your doorstep. So you can definitely RSVP "yes" to that gallery opening in 3 weeks. You'll have something to wear. -
What's the status of my order, and how do I track it?
We'll tell you, but only if you promise not to check on it every five minutes. That's a bit (a lot) obsessive. Promise? Once you've have placed your order, you can check on its status. For orders placed on or after May 24, 2010, track it by clicking here. For orders placed before May 24, 2010, please contact Customer Service. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information. -
Do you offer Next Day or 2nd Day shipping?
No, sorry. We know you want your goodies right away, but days first we must receive the inventory from our partner brands - and then repackage the items to send off to you! We promise to get you the goods as soon as possible, but this time frame is about two weeks from the moment you click "buy" to the moment it's on your doorstep. -
Does Billion Dollar Babes ship to PO Boxes?

What is Billion Dollar Babes' Return Policy?
You want to send something back? Seriously? Aw, that's ok – we won't take it personally.
For sales with a "30-day Return Policy", we gladly accept returns within 30 days after shipment. Items should NOT have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged, and items should have ALL original tags attached. For sales with a "No Returns" policy, all items are final sale and non-returnable.
Just send the item(s) back with a copy of the Customer Invoice. Please note that returns will be credited to your account in the form of Store Credit for the value of the item(s) and any applicable taxes minus shipping. You will receive an email after we have processed your return detailing this information. -
How long do I have to return an item to Billion Dollar Babes?

How do I return something to Billion Dollar Babes?
You do not need to contact us before sending back goods that are returnable under our return policy. Pack and seal your box securely, in the original packaging if possible and send it back to us. You should ship your return with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost somewhere between you and us. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD. -
Who pays for the cost of shipping a return?
If we sent the wrong item or the item was defective, please contact Customer Service and we'll foot the bill for the return shipping. Otherwise, it's the member's responsibility. -
Can I exchange an item I bought for a different color or size?
Nope. We can't allow exchanges, because Billion Dollar Babes only receives inventory based on what members ordered during a sales event. We don't have any extra inventory on hand with which to do exchanges. We wish we did ... but if we did we'd be wearing it, so you wouldn't want it anyway. Actually, you probably would. It's to die for. -
How will I know when you have received my return?
Our speedy team processes all returns within seven days of receiving your package. We'll send you an email once your return has been processed. We refund the cost of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax (sorry, no shipping unless we sent the wrong item or the item was defective. Click here for our policy) in the form of store credit only. Store credits are automatically applied to your account and will be automatically applied to your next purchase for you.
