Is there an entry fee? - Not at our US events.
Which methods of payment are accepted at BDB? - Cash and credit cards only including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Photo ID is required for all credit card payments.
Is there a coatcheck? - Yes, it is BDB policy that all coats and large bags must be checked in to the cloakroom.
Will my bags be searched as I leave? - Yes, it is BDB policy that our security team check bags upon exiting the event.
Do you do refunds or exchanges? - BDB does not refund or exchange items bought at the sale.
I RSVPed by the system didn't send me a RSVP confirmation email, what should I do? - Please print out your invitation and bring it to the registration desk at the sale.
How many items can I take in to fitting room at one time? - Shoppers can take up to 12 items in to the fitting room. Platinum and Gold Members are allowed unlimited items.
Do I need to print out and bring my confirmation email to the sale to gain entry? - Yes please, as this will speed up the process. We can simply collect the sheet from you. If you do not have your printed RSVP confirmation, please ensure you have photo ID to gain entry.
Can I bring my pet with me? - No animals are allowed, whether they are in bags or not.
Do you have menswear? - Only in London at this stage.
What sizes do you have? - Given we’re a sample size the most common sizes are US 0 – 10 however, we often have larger sizes - that’s the luck of the draw. For your reference we have attached below an international size chart as some of our designers may have different sizing:
