To say we’re “into” fashion is an understatement. We live it. Breathe it. Love it. And we follow it like fiends. When we come across a designer or brand we particularly adore, we work with them to design an exclusive sales event that gives our savvy members up to 80% off of styles that we expertly hand-pick from their collection.

Once a sale’s over, we send the designer/brand our final order sheet outlining all the fabulous things our members purchased. The brand then has three to five days to send everything to our warehouse, where our team sorts, picks, packs and ships them off to you within two days. Ground shipping adds another two to four days to the equation…so taking weekends into account, you’re looking at ten to 14 days from the moment you click “buy” to the moment it’s on your doorstep. So you can definitely RSVP “yes” to that gallery opening in 3 weeks. You’ll have something to wear.

Each online sale lasts 48 fabulous hours. Our real world shopping events vary in length depending on venue and assortment.

Our online sales start at 8am Pacific. So set your alarm clock. And put it across the room on your dresser so you actually get up.

Because each brand/designer is its own separate entity, with its own shipping guidelines, return policies and the like, each sale is its own separate event. If you try to put items from two different sales into your shopping bag, you’ll be prompted (politely) to finish checking out of the first sale before you can add items from the other sale.

When we’re organizing a sale, the brand/designer tells us how many of each item they have available, so we know how many we can offer to our members. Usually they’re spot on. But sometimes not. A short-ship occurs when the number of items a brand told us they had is less than the number they actually send to our warehouse. Oops. If an item is impacted by short-shipping, Billion Dollar Babes uses a formula to determine which members will receive the item and which ones won’t. FYI: members who purchase early in a sale are the least likely to be short-shipped. Yet another reason to shop EARLY.

If you are the unfortunate victim of short-shipping, we’ll notify you via email once the brand’s shipment is checked into our warehouse – approximately five to seven days.

You want to send something back? Seriously? Aw, that’s ok – we won’t take it personally.

If it’s apparel, we generally accept returns for store credit within 14 days after shipment. Items should NOT have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way, and should have ALL original tags attached. On occasion, we may have apparel sales that are FINAL SALE, meaning the items are non-returnable. Please note that we do not issue full refunds – we issue store credits for all returns, in the form of Billion Dollar Babes Gift Certificates (that is, unless we sent the wrong item or your item was defective or damaged).

We do not accept returns for items in the following categories:

Beauty products and fragrances
Footwear
Hosiery
Intimates
Jewelry
Leather goods and accessories
Swimwear
Vintage

Items in these categories are FINAL SALE only. You buy it, you keep it.

Most apparel items (those not marked FINAL SALE) may be returned for store credit within 14 days from the date the item was shipped. Returns received outside of 14 days will be accepted at Billion Dollar Babes’ discretion and will be subject to a restocking fee of 50% of the returned item’s sale price. Items that are marked FINAL SALE, as well items from the following categories, cannot be returned: beauty products and fragrances, footwear, hosiery, intimates, jewelry, leather goods and accessories, swimwear, and vintage.

Pack and seal your box securely, in the original packaging if possible. To be properly processed, your return must include a completed return form. Go here, log in, click "View Order" and on the following page click the "Return Items" link. Follow the easy steps, print the final page and include it in your return box. You should ship your return with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost somewhere between you and us. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.

 

If we sent the wrong item or the item was defective, we’ll foot the bill for the return shipping. Otherwise, it’s the member’s responsibility.

Nope. We can’t allow exchanges, because Billion Dollar Babes only receives inventory based on what members ordered during a sales event. We don’t have any extra inventory on hand with which to do exchanges. We wish we did…but if we did we’d be wearing it, so you wouldn’t want it anyway. Actually, you probably would. It’s to die for.

Our speedy team processes all returns within seven days of receiving your package. We’ll send you an email once your return has been processed – in it we’ll also list the amount that’s been credited to your BDB Gift Certificate account.

We are big into privacy around here, and promise you that we’ll NEVER share your email address or personal information with any third party.
